Holiday greetings.
I hope to get my trees up late this coming weekend. I try to add a twist to my construction every year, and this years is really a radical departure from what I've done in the past. I have great expectations for this model.

Christmas Tree Theme for the Meadows
I've got a passion for Christmas, and I've got a passion seeing Christmas trees as decorations at Christmas. The last community we lived in predominantly decorated in Christmas trees during the winter holiday season and it was lovely.
If you would like to join me in a Christmas tree theme for our lake at the Meadows, and need a little help, or maybe some constructions hints, click on the "Christmas Tree Construction' steps on the right hand panel.
As you can tell, I'm still working on this blog site. I've yet to do the "Putting on the Lights" section. I try to experiment each year with a different technique for putting on the lights and this year is no exception. I'm already working this years technique in my garage, and have a few pictures, but I won't publish them until I know the technique works.
As the holiday season progresses, I'll have several community pictures published here. Send me your pictures and stories if you'd like.
Along with my Christmas Tree theme project, my wife and I have a few other holiday projects underway. We'll post any progress on those to this site also. We'd love to hear about yours.
